With the expansion of Purplelife to include a 5th store and an E-Commerce website we need to focus the way we manage stock within the business.
The Stock Managers duties will include
- Ordering of stock to pre-arranged levels
- Checking received stock against purchase orders
- Overseeing the movement of stock around the business
- Returning faulty stock to suppliers and arranging credit
- Regular liaison with the Business Managers, Retail Managers, the E-Commerce Manager and the Marketing Manager
- Relationship building with suppliers
- Implementation and upgrades of the stock system
The successful candidate will be
- A good communicator
- Well organised
- IT literate
