P004 (Newbury Retail Manager)

Due to internal reorganisation and expansion, we currently have vacancies for Retail Managers in the following locations.

Newbury, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Poole

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Retail Manager’s main focus will be

• Meeting their stores sales target
• Ensuring the quality and look of the store meet the requirements of the ‘scorecard’ including the correct management of stock
• Day to day management of Sales staff within the branch

The successful candidates will be

• Entrepreneurial
• Targets driven
• Real team players

Previous store management experience would be an advantage
