To respond to Purplelife’s growth and meet the exciting challenges the future holds, we are creating the two senior roles of Business Managers.

From August, Purplelife’s 5 stores will be split geographically and will be managed by the new North and South Business Managers.

Reporting directly to the Board, the Business Managers will have:

• Full P&L responsibility of the business area
• Full management responsibility of staff including recruitment, rostering performance management and training
• A challenging Corporate target

The successful candidates will be:

• Entrepreneurial
• Focused on results
• Hungry for success
• Individuals with highly developed management skills

And be able to:

• Liaise effectively with Marketing, E-Commerce, Stock and Technical Services
• Undertake effective promotional activity
• Prepare written reports to the Purplelife Board of Directors and present to this group as required
• Collaborate successfully with both internal and external parties.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills

In addition, the experience of opening a new store would be an advantage and a full driving licence is essential.
